Experience of over 38 years as full time real estate broker in N.J.- Graduated with B.S. degree in Marketing from F.D.U.-N.J.A.R. Distinguished Sales Club in Circle of Excellence-Weichert Realtors' Ambassador, Paramount, Executive, Directors clubs achieved-Top Company Reginal Awards. I have expertise in residential, and commercial real estate, extensive experience in waterfront, new construction, vacant land, as well as resales of single, and multiple family properties. Negotiating deals are a strong attribute learned over the 38 years in business with buyers, sellers, attorneys, and financial institutions.
